Visa Cross-Border Campaign 2025

Spend & Win Promo: June 30th — September 20th 2025 — Ghana

Mechanics and Campaign Overview:

The Campaign: Cardholders with Visa Cards issued in Ghana, who complete a minimum spend of GHS 3000 in at least 3 international transactions conducted online (e-commerce) and/or via POS (in-store) (the “Qualifying Transactions”), shall be eligible to win a staycation at Safari Valley Resort, Ghana. This Campaign will be on a “first come first served” basis, and a total of 150 winners will emerge between 30th June to 20th September 2025. The first 50 customers to meet the Qualifying Transactions in July and August and 40 customers in September will win a staycation to Safari Valley Resort, and each winner may be accompanied by up to 3 companions. 

Terms and Conditions:

1. Disclaimer

This Campaign is operated by Visa and not by the financial institution that issued the Visa card to you. As you are aware, Visa is not a card issuer and does not provide credit, debit or any financial services. Any issues you may have with respect to your card should be directed to your issuer andnot to Visa. The relationship between Visa and your card issuer does not create any relationship direct or indirect between the cardholder and Visa. These terms and conditions are different from the agreements between you and your issuer and unless as otherwise specified in these Terms and Conditions, none of the terms of any agreement between you and your financial institution has any effect on, or relationship with these Terms and Conditions. 

2. Duration

The Campaign will run from 30th June to 20th Setember 2025 (“the Campaign Period”). Any transactions made outside the Campaign Period will not be eligible to win the Promo Rewards. Transactions made within the Campaign Period do not qualify for the Promo Rewards if they do not fall amongst the first 50 Qualifying Transactions in July and August and 40 customers in September in each month of the Campaign Period. 

3. The Promo Rewards

  • A staycation at Safari Valley Resort, Ghana. The staycation will consist of:
    • Two nights at Safari Valley Resort, Ghana for 4 persons in the Cabin Family Units.
    • Breakfast, Dinner and Lunch (a 3-5 course meal from a curated menu of the day). 
    • Available recreational activities within the Cabin Family Unit for 4 persons.
  • (the “Staycation Package”)
    Save for the above, the winners shall bear all other expenses related to the staycation including but not limited to the following: 
    • Travel to and from Safari Valley Resort, Ghana. 
    • Personal spending and additional hotel expenses. E.g. room upgrades. 
    • Hotel incidentals and other expenses not included in the Staycation Package. e.g., laundry, mini-bar, room service, etc. 
  • The Staycation Packages will be rewarded in the order below:
    • First 50 people to meet the Qualifying Transactions in July will win a Staycation Package each. 
    • First 50 people to meet the Qualifying Transactions in August will win a Staycation Package each. 
    • First 40 people to meet the Qualifying Transactions in September will win a Staycation Package each. 

A total of 140 Staycation Packages to be won during the Campaign Period. 

4. Eligibility

  • You become eligible to participate in the program by holding a Visa Card issued by a financial institution in Ghana. Your participation rights and consent are tied to your being a Visa cardholder. 
  • Qualifying Transactions are online and POS transactions of GHS 3000 and above in a minimum of 3 international transactions conducted within the Campaign Period. 
  • All Visa Cards (excluding corporate credit and corporate debit cards) and payment credentials are eligible for the Qualifying Transactions i.e., Debit, Prepaid, Credit, Virtual Cards. • Visa takes no responsibility for any inaccurate reporting or non-visibility of Qualifying Transactions either by collections only files or non-accessibility. 
  • The Promo Rewards are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash
