- UP TO 7% Wallet Credit on accommodation: the Offer is valid for CEMEA customers who book and pay for a reservation between 03 June –30 November 2025 (Promotion Period) and travel between 03 June 2025 –30 June 2026 (Travel period)
- The Offer will only apply to bookings made and paid for through this Booking.com and Visa partnership page. Bookings made and paid through the Booking.com app or directly on the Booking.com website are not eligible for the Wallet Credit.
- Customers must pay for accommodation booking with their Eligible Visa Card (as defined in Visa’s Terms and Conditions).
- Accommodations that do not accept credit cards as a mode of payment are not eligible for this Offer. These accommodations will not feature the Offer eligible badge on their booking pages.
- The Offer will only be available to Eligible Visa Cardholders who have a valid Booking.com account.
- Cancelled and “no show” bookings are not eligible for the Wallet Credit.
- The Wallet Credit will be credited to the Booking.com Wallet 64 days after completion of stay in the accommodation. The Wallet Credit will be paid directly by Booking.com to the Customer’s Booking.com Wallet, and the actual amount is based on a percentage of the price of the accommodation booking in the local currency.
- The Wallet Credit will be paid in the currency of the cardholder’s Booking.com Wallet.
- The Wallet Credit will be paid only for accommodation and excludes flights, car hire, attractions and airport taxis.
- Taxes (including VAT, GST, sales tax, tourist tax and city tax), and other fees and charges (service charges, food and beverage, room service, etc.) may not be considered for the calculation of the final Wallet Credit. The exchange rate at the time of payment will also affect the final amount of Wallet Credit.
- The Offer is non-transferable, non-cumulative and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price, unless otherwise stated.
- Wallet Credits can be used to pay for the travel-related services, including other accommodation, attractions, car hire and airport taxis available on Booking.com. These are accessible on your Booking.com Account level in the Rewards & Wallet section. Wallet Credits can only be redeemed for properties that accept Booking Wallet payments.
- Bookings paid for with previously earned Wallet Credit may not be eligible to earn additional credit.
- Wallet Credits will be granted only to the customer who made and paid for the booking with their Eligible Visa Card.
- Wallet Credits have a 24-month expiration period as determined by Booking.com. Different expiration periods can be applied to different credits. The expiration date of each credit is displayed in the user Account setting section of www.Booking.com.
- Fraudulent bookings will not receive any Wallet Credits.
- All conditions must be met at the time of the booking. No retroactive claims will be processed.
- The maximum Wallet Credit amount per booking is EUR 200. Customers can qualify for the Wallet Credit amount multiple times during the Offer Period provided that each separate booking meets the eligibility criteria of the Offer.
- The Offer is subject to the terms and conditions of Booking.com as outlined above. In the event of dispute about Wallet Credits, the decision of Booking.com shall be final.
- The terms and conditions of use of the Booking Wallet and the Wallet Credit are outlined at https://secure.booking.com/content/referral-terms.html?is_incentive=1 (login required) and apply to this Offer. To the extent of any inconsistency, the terms and conditions of the use of the Booking Wallet and the Wallet Credit shall prevail to the extent permitted by law.
